Sanmir Organics is a Nigerian AgriTech social enterprise transforming Northern Nigeria's value chain into a zero-waste, circular bio-economy.
The Problem
Smallholder farmers lose 40% of crops after harvest due to traditional sun-drying. Add market isolation and limited access to high-protein nutrition, rural incomes stay trapped.

We solve post-harvest loss + low farmers in 3 ways:
1. Processing - We turn groundnuts into peanut butter, snacks and finger millet into cereal. No waste, better prices.
2.Waste to Wealth -Convert shell into clean biochar fuel and groundnut skin into antioxidant tea.
3. Data Intelligence - We collect and analyze farm + market data from women farmer's group. Turning small farms into smart businesses.
Sustainability & Impact
Beyound products, we tract what matters. Our data analysis services help 50+ women farmers monitor crop performance and market trends. 20% less post-harvest loss and higher income per season.
OUR SANBOX
We've started with a sandbox groundnut farm + livestock pilot in Northern Nigeria.
This plot proves our model: work directly with women farmers, test soil, validate crop quality.
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING NEXT
Briquettes Production
2026 Q3: We will train 150 Fadiya Ghuga women farmers on briquettes production and business skills
Why Now: 80% of women spend #4,000 Naira (~$ 3 USD) per month on charcoal/firewood, while deforestation and indoor smoke drive soil degradation and respiratory illness in the community.
Goal: Cut fuel costs 50% and create 30 women briquettes micro-enterprises.
